Problems I saw in my City - HYDERABAD

If GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) Starts to develop Hyderabad city!
I think
It should start with the following :-

1.
Making footpaths free to walk!
coz. even though i start walking on 'em i come across many obstacles like!
Parking areas!, Selling place for Vendors!Electric poles!Transformers , and The shittiest thing!GHMC Dust containers!A totally unhygienic dust bins!

2.
Drainage system!
I am a resident of nallakunta! In the year 2010, the road here became weak due to bad weather and got cracked very badly such that the drainage systems are open!
Then the government started working on it!it has almost been 3 years but it didn't get completed yet!Similarly there are many places across the city where i find drainages leaking! Some open Manholes! Making it very risky for drivers during rains! If i see a bit of stagnant water on road, I don't dare to cross it!
GHMC should work on that too!

Third,
As i mentioned earlier! the roads are not at all good in few parts of the city!
There are many areas where the rain water gets stagnated!making it extremely difficult for travelling!

4.
Public transport!
It really need to work hard in this case!I see RTC Buses moving on the road, where we see a few set of buses extremely of high quality!
The Rear Engine TATA MARCOPOLO vehicles are working really well! But it is not very affordable for every citizen of the City to use them!
For that matter RTC is charging equally high amounts(however low, when compared to few other means of transport) for ordinary Buses!
There are many buses across the city whose Condition is not Satisfactory!
Few Ordinary buses i see on the road should not be allowed to travel on the Roads at all due to their bad quality!
They are of very poor Quality!
The seats inside are not good Sometimes,The bus gets tilted sometimes on to the Left side when crowd is more in number!
And the government Takes no Serious action on Foot boarding!
Even though hyderabad is One of the cities with greatest number of buses! It is unable to Manage its Quality!

And coming to the Auto Rickshaws!
There are very few CNG Filling stations across the City!
Auto fellows Had to wait For hours together to fill in the Gas!
And for this reason! Even though CNG Causes Less pollution and gives Good mileage compared to other fuels, people Are avoiding it!
I wish the govt. increases no.of Gas filling stations in the city!
And yet there is another problem with these auto Fellas!
The Digital meter which is proposed for the Auto rickshaws never function properly in too many Autos!
Only one in thousand Auto drivers uses meter Sincerely!
Remaining 99.9% of 'em say
"The meter is Faulty,It isn't working properly"
"Or you pay me x amount i will take you,"
In,case if we argue about "why don't you put on the meter.I pay according to it"
They say! "I travel in this route everyday,i know how much it costs!"
I once argued with an auto driver who said his auto meter isn't working!
He said
"Sir,this digital meters don't work properly at all, often need to repair 'em."
Then i asked "why don't you repair them"
and he replied
"Sir, It costs minimum amount of 300 rupees to just check, what is the fault in the meter"
And then He adds up with a Senti dialogue
"Sir,Hum Auto waalo ko bhi zindagi hothi na sir,Agar hum apne aamdani aise kharch kar diye tho kaise sir!"
I don't know what to Say!
So I wish Govt. increases the Number of prepaid taxis, and offers every auto driver an ID and make it work almost like a Call taxi!.

And there are also many auto drivers who charge at their will!
Some drivers Charge double the price if we take the auto after 9pm!
And some ask for extra money because they need to travel alone during the return!.
Why the hell should a citizen pay extra while he is not provided with extra services!

5.
Govt. should open a website! Where public can directly post the problems they are facing in their Locality!
Because most of the people in a constituency are not even allowed access to meet their representative!
Even though they meet, the representative is mostly being busy in protecting his position till the next Elections!
So i don't think going to people's representative and asking him to solve the problems is not going to be very effective. And people also have their personal works!
So they can't always take an appointment and wait for the representative so that he can share his problem!
So i wish the Govt. initializes a website as well as a Team of officials who can read the problems and segregate them accordingly and sending it to the respective minister!(Who should work selflessly and sincerely)

6.
Police force!
I'm not saying the entire department is Faulty!
But i do see few cops!Who have huge tummies and can't even walk for half mile without getting tired!
I don't think these people are capable of doing what they are supposed to do!
Instead the govt. should bring the freshly trained cops to take control and keeping them under the guidance of senior officers !Who are just allowed to guide the freshman! (Not to use them for their personal works)

Coming to traffic police!
The government should NOT allow the traffic police to take the fine!
Their duty is just to write a chalan if required.and send the details of that vehicle to the Database! And thus a letter should be sent to the respected person asking him to pay his bills!(Best if payment is provided online transfer!)
Coz.even though there are people who want to pay their bills they don;t find time to go to a place, stand in a queue and Pay it!

7.Limit the No.of Bars,in a particular locality!(Best if we ban them in certain times)

8. Smoking,Spitting, and public urination should be banned and should be taken seriously!
In case of breaking the above law the accused should be fined!
It is right for every citizen, to live in a hygienic atmosphere!

9.Vendors should be given Suitable places and should allow them to sell their stuffs there (and ONLY there).

10.Parking of vehicles on Roads (and footpaths as well) should be restricted in many areas! There should be provided parking spots(Constructing buildings alone for parking purposes) for a particular locality where parking fee should be optional!
I mean both paid parking as well as free parking should be provided!
The paid parking section should offer a token to the customer and should take responsibility for the security of the Vehicle, and on the other hand the parking authorities are not the responsibility for the free parking section!

I think if the above stated things are taken into consideration,We can see a better and beautiful Hyderabad in Few Years (Can even be in months if they are implemented effectively)

I wish you to write the suggestions you wish the govt. should take into consideration,in the comment box.

And do Share it if u feel it good!
Maybe it can be reached into the eyes of the government in any of the ways!

Why Don't we have People like Newton Bohr or Einstein in this Generation??

My Answer to this question is simple!

There is one thing that is killing the Talent,Interest and curiosity and enthusiasm in the people!

People Call It 'COMPETITION'
Most of 'em say it increases the Productivity!
But leave the productivity aside i would say, it is killing the Raw Materials itself!

Look at this Generation Kids!
They are more worried about the Quantity they learn, than the Quality of the Subject!

Once upon a time People said Science is one
Because Physics, chemistry , biology all are just About Nature!

Now they say, Science is one!
Coz. Physics,Chem, and Bio! All are Just About Mugging up!

This is what I say!
What do u say??
Comment it here!

A new way Of Learning!

The Concept Of Learn And Earn

I think there would be more children willing to study in this country(India)
If the students are paid for studying instead of of their parents paying the fees!

May e few people don't like this idea!
But I'm posting this after watching a live example!

Today as i got a holiday to my College!
I planned to Grab a local train and travel till it's Destination
(For a matter of FACT,"I love trains")

There I have seen a young boy(Maybe at the age of 12)
Selling Batanis(I don't know what do we call 'em in English, but it is some kind of Cereal)

I called that boy, and asked him!
Whether he goes to school or not!
He said no!
I asked him Why does he don't like to go to school!
And he said that he always wanted to go to school!
Then i asked him why is he doing this job instead of going to school!
He said my parents are not ready to send me to school because if they send me,then they need to earn more money for my fees and other requirements!
Then i told him about the current Govt. projects about free education and all!
then he said one thing!

He actually asked me a question
"Whether do we have any place where we can Learn and Earn as well!"

Then I felt,
There are still many people in this country!
Who are need of money and Serious EDUCATION.

That is Why I felt!
There would be more opportunities of children getting into Schools
If they are paid, for Studying!

And this should not only be for certain schools!
This should be implemented to each and every school
Because even poorest of the poor is also having the right to study in a school with good faculty and Equipment!

If you think my Idea is wrong,
Comment the Problem you think will Arise!
I will try to Correct it, or Correct you(If required)

Saving My Parents' Energy

This incident had happened on Aug 15
Independence day of india!

My sister had top attend some NCC Parade at trimulgiry (Place in Hyderabad)!
So i needed to drop her at her school which is at uppal (8km away from where i stay) at 5:30am

I started at 5:24 and Reached Uppal at 5:34

It took me 10 minutes to Go!
But came home at 6:34!

You know Why!
It wasn't due to some traffic or anything!
The thing is if i come back at 5:44~
My parents would give me a lecture on "NOT DRIIVE SO FAST"
Till 6:34!
I just came slow and waited at my Parking area for ten more minutes~
Just to save their Energy!

About Ramaiah IIT study circle

Here I'am to say a few words about Ramaiah IIT Study circle...

Building of Ramaiah IIT study circle

As the name "IIT RAMAIAH" makes you feel like it might be one among the sixteen prestigious IIT campuses of India!!! But not!!

It is not an IIT campus but it can be said as an Aid to the student planning to do his/her courses in IIT. However it is not a high school either..This institute is not affiliated to any of the boards of education.

It is one of the prestigious institutes in the south (and also throughout India) for the students preparing to crack one of the So called "Worlds toughest exams" IIT-JEE.....

It was named after Mr. Chukka Ramaiah the person who initiated it....However now the institute is lead by G.Madhusudhan rao.

Location

According to the co-ordinates it is at
 E
Vidya Nagar Rd, Padma Colony, Nallakunta, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Initiation

It was initiated by Mr. Chukka Ramaiah in the year 1985.
Initially it was like a small tutorial classes for the students who are preparing for IIT JEE...
Later as the early batches became successful in clearing the test it became very popular among the people.

Course

It is exclusively for the students who have completed their class 10 and wanted to do well in the JEE. As mentioned above this institute is not  affiliated to any boards... by just being a student of this institute you are not eligible to write any of the board examinations [either of Jr. Inter (class 11) or Sr.Inter (class 12)]
For the students studying in this institute have to register themselves to a particular board of Education. The institute would suggest its students to join Vijaya Rathna Jr. college located near the institute. The college however is not officially linked with Ramaiah but most of the students do prefer taking up there because of the convenient timings.

Admission

The institute have a common admission process for the students who passed out class 10 in the form of An ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.

further details will be updated soon!!
which involve details about - Faculty
                                        - Infrastructure
                                        - Books etc.....

so stay tuned....................

Journey towards my movie "ChArAcTeRs"

Guys I successfully completed the movie I started 20 Months ago!!!
It was actually a great experience I had in my life!!
This project was given to us on DEC 23 of 2010! I still remember the date because that was my last day to school in the year 2010!
In the beginning when Sheela mam *(Our the then Class teacher)told about this project  we didn't take it so seriously!
Let me tell you how it started actually! We all guys played football in the 5th period! And during the game Shashank(my classmate) came with an idea about the film! His thought is to show the audience some important thing which is running in most of the today's students mind!! I meant about the race where students are taking part in the field of education Attending predawn coaching's to make themselves fully prepared to crack one of the worlds's toughest examinations.

Yup!! I'm speaking about the IIT Advanced examination (formerly IIT JEE)
This Indian Institute of Technology Had become a dream for most of the High school Students.....

Students wake Up early in the morning, Attend the classes right from 5am, just at the age of twelve or thirteen. Looking at this enthusiasm of few students, few other parents also started dreaming about the IIT's.
Though they cant take the test anymore so they wanted their children to do this for them.

This dragged the attention of Shashank. I don't whether his parents are also a part of that community But shashank wanted to create awareness among the parents who wanted this to happen, through this film.

This led to the rise of "ChArAcTeRs".
I don't know why this name had come but I liked it.
On that day we all had a plan.. We had holidays for 10 days on the occasion of Christmas....... So he said each and every one would come up with a story after the break based on the given theme. Best of them will be taken as the script for the movie

After The Winter Break

We all met again on the new year day and came up with our own story regarding the film..
we surprisingly found  that many of our stories almost had a similar story line. So we adopted one among them.

And now came a new trouble...

Casting

Who is Going to play the leading role for the film? Who wishes to loose the opportunity!
So everybody came up. Now it was really a big puzzle. Many names came up shashank, dutt, santosh, abhishek, venkatesh, srikar, Shanmukha and finally a name clicked.
It Was KAUSHIK....
Shashank initially directed the film so he wanted a person who could be peaceful, and sensitive to the script and he found his person..
It was declared that kaushik would play the leading role in the film.

WORK Started

We started with planning the other characters but it really became a very big mess as we were supposed to take whole amount of 33 students (34 later) into the film
It wasn't really an easy job at this level to manage so many people in the film...
We initially thought of making the movie for around 10 to 13 minutes (Duration) but as we cannot accommodate all the 34 in that short time we gradually started increasing the story, which increased duration of the film.
Now we had another problem. "CAMERA" No one were ready to ask their parents about the camera because they were afraid a bit because there parents may feel that as it is not a part of their education they may not allow their kids to take part in the film.
finally santosh and shashank dared and stepped forward to request Satvik's parents regarding the camera.
Satvik had a Sony HDR Xr 100 Handy cam with Carl Zeiss 10 x x Zoom lens.Which we felt sufficient for our film and we've got the permission
we were enjoying because everything is happening very soon.
Everyone were thrilled, But satvik's dad gave the camera on one condition!
"Only Satvik Alone have to operate the camera and no one else are supposed to do so!"
We initially didn't feel it as a problem at all, but later it created troubles among the team.
We found shooting spots and planned the script and shots were taken.
Work was going on peacefully, but due to the film few of our team members couldn't concentrate their Exams and education and that created a problem....
I Don't know how much satvik scored but he was not permitted to work in the film anymore,
He had  quit and we felt short of Camera.
We almost felt that shooting is going to stop, most of them lost interest!!!!!

And then as per schedule we got to shoot few scenes in the school during the holidays, which we shot with the help of one of my cousins'(Bharadwaj) Camera! That was really helpful!
But we managed to take up Few scenes using our Regular Cameras and however we managed to complete the scheduled work!

Then our next approach was towards Karthik BP who promised to bring the camera for the remaining film! But due to some So called "Unavoidable circumstances he couldn't"

It was during the Summer Break we had an adventure camp to the Himalayas ( Manali In particular) for which my dad said he would give me a camera! That helped for the shoot after the return!

Apart from the 'camera' we had lots to plan!
The script was not too perfect! And the casting was not presented properly!
and as soon as we entered class 10 we were busy in our studies and the editing task was going simultaneously..
And  a few months later we again planned for a few scenes which I felt necessary while I was editing the Clips and then this time the main drawback was the song which we planned to insert in the film.
It wasn't so good!
Neither we had good singers nor good background music and the videos were so poor in the clarity!
so we planned to re-shoot those scenes and on the other hand the music too!!
and the Re-shoot was scheduled in the month of February (Which was very close to our Class 10 public exams).
We got that work done, but we had no enough time for planning the song...
So we stopped the work.....
However after my Board Examinations I requested my music Teacher to guide us in making the song
And coming to the music Crew we opted Balaji (X-C) and Ashwin(X-D) as singers! And we needed some background music too!
So we had some Music with the musical keyboard by G.Vijayalakshmi (Music teacher) and for drums we got Sohail (Class VIII). However the music didn't Sync in the beginning but after few adjustments it was done....

I thought the movie is DONE.So just made a copy and gave it to Sheela mam!(That was like movie undergoing Censoring :P )..
When she saw the movie she gave us few suggestions and said that the audio wasn't so clear!!
(Of course it won't be, because we had no dubbing rooms)

And by this time I (and of course our whole batch) entered Junior Inter(Class 11)
However, along with my studies I managed to make the subtitles as an alternative for the voice

And I was DONE.

The Main people whom I wanted to thank are our parents..... who encouraged us to do this project!
And even many other people who supported in making the film!!!!
